| Tasting Notes: | “Sumptuous finery dark ruby pierced small signs tiled. Her bouquet, full of character, exhales perfumes candied red fruit (strawberry, cherry), dried herbs, petal rose, clove, flint scraped, resin and woody discreet. On the palate, at first, we detect pre tannins SENTS but fades that gave voice beautiful concentric traction flavors of brandy, cassis liqueur, and cashew value, juniper berry and weathered wood. A large bottle of long aging to enjoy on veal kidneys in wine sauce.” |
