A sweet Spumante obtained from an aromatic grape, using the Charmat method.
The Vinification:
The Vinification process consists in fermenting the must only after seperating it from the solid parts. By using this method you obtain wines with a more delicate taste and softer colour compared to wines produced using maceration, this method is also used to prepare cuvee for spumanti. Vinification of white wine is a more delicate procedure compared to the maceration because the wines are more sensible.
The Wine:
Straw coloured with green tinges and an intense and aromatic bouquet. It has a fine and velvted periage with a sweet and persistant bouquet. It can be served at the end of meal with tarts and bisquits.
