Selected harvest with crushing of the soft grapes and fermentation of the must at controlled temperature. Long maceration to achieve maximum expression of the vineyard of old Tempranillo vines, adding mixtures of Petit Vedot and Syrah. Four month stay in new French and American oak barrel and 1 year for semi – new barrels.
