| Tasting Notes: | “Château Tour Massac 2011 shows a medium intensity of color, complex aromas of young little black fruit and spices from the barrel ageing. Its bouquet has still to develop during bottle ageing, towards leather, mint, tobacco… On the palate, the attack is direct, lively, round, soft, followed by a full, mouth-filling volume. The finish is enrobed in silky tannins, supple and delicious, which guide the aromas throughout the tasting.” |
