It has a deep ruby color, with an intense nose of red fruits such as cooked red berries and ripe plum. It is also complemented by hints of dark chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, this is a medium bodied wine, but very textured, with medium acidity. The tannins are moderate, soft, chewy and well integrated. It is tasty and juicy, with a medium finish. This is an appealing wine, well made, and most importantly, it is a good example from a Northern Medoc wine. The wine is ready to be enjoyed, on its own why not, but we suggest pairing it with pizza, a good roasted chicken, or a good hamburger. -Nadia Sanchez”
